MF MEMBRANE

In order to solve the problem of "dirty water" in China, the self-developed MBR membrane Bioreactor technology of Aisen water industry has the characteristics of permanent hydrophilicity, high strength, long service life and large flux, and the effluent water quality reaches Grade IV of surface water, saving about 50% of the land has become a supporting technology to solve the problem of "dirty water" in China.

Micro-filtration membrane (MF) products, membrane surface uniform distribution of pore size 0.1-0.3 m can not be seen by the naked eye, 1 CM2 membrane surface distribution of about five billion pores, pore diameter of about 1/500 of the hair diameter, capable of effectively separating suspended solids from water. There are two kinds of microfiltration membrane: RF AND EF.

RF (lining enhanced) hollow fiber microfiltration membrane specification:

◆ Designed Membrane Flux: 25L/m2 · H;

◆ Membrane Service Life ≥5 years;

◆ Membrane Strength > 200N/monofilament.

EF (insert reinforced) hollow fiber microfiltration membrane specification:

◆ Designed Membrane Flux: 30-75L/M2 · H;

◆ Membrane Strength & GT>50n/monofilament;

◆ Effluent turbidity 0.1 ntu.

Product features:

HIGH QUALITY OF EFFLUENT: The water quality reaches the first grade a of the national discharge standard, the turbidity is close to zero, the water quality is stable;

the strength of Membrane filaments is high: High tensile strength based on special technology and material (≥200N) ;
